Nutting Hall: Entries available on Thursday and Friday between 08:00 and 17:30.
Entries at the venue will be an extra R20 for runners and R50 for paddlers.
Late entries: Available at Nutting Hall on Saturday between 08:00 and 11:00.
Late entries will be an extra R100.
All entrants must collect their race packs from Nutting Hall, East London on Thursday or Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
Discovery Vitality members will be able to earn Vitality points as follows:
